<h2>Overview</h2><p>Thea: the Awakening is a strategy game heavily inspired by Slavic mythology and made by Polish developer MuHa Games. It was developed using Unity and was released on November 20, 2015 for the PC. The Return of the Giants expansion was released on April 15, 2016. Thea blends elements of 4X, roguelike, text adventure, and RPG into an unusual kind of reverse 4X, with players controlling a single village and its people, guiding each of them turn-by-turn in an attempt to survive the harsh and unforgiving lands. It features crafting, resource gathering, permadeath, permanent unlockables, multiple endings, and highly adjustable difficulty settings, with a heavy emphasis on replayability.</p>
