About this game
<p>Shape of the World is a first-person exploration game from <a href="/hollow-tree-games/3010-17031/" data-ref-id="3010-17031">Hollow Tree Games</a> and published by <a href="/plug-in-digital/3010-9650/" data-ref-id="3010-9650">Plug in Digital</a> on June 6th, 2018. It was <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/hollowtree/shape-of-the-world" rel="nofollow">successfully funded</a> on <a href="/kickstarter-funded/3015-7378/" data-ref-id="3015-7378">Kickstarter</a> on July 1st, 2015.</p><p>This game follows in the footsteps of titles such as <a href="/flower/3030-21120/" data-ref-id="3030-21120">Flower</a> and <a href="/proteus/3030-37608/" data-ref-id="3030-37608">Proteus</a> to build a dynamically changing and <a href="/procedural-generation/3015-328/" data-ref-id="3015-328">procedurally populated</a> world for the player to get lost in. There are <a href="/optional-objective/3015-3461/" data-ref-id="3015-3461">optional</a> collectables throughout the game's nine <a href="/chapters/3015-4749/" data-ref-id="3015-4749">chapters</a>.</p><p>A full play through is intended to be 1-3 hours long.</p>
